4th of July!

The fourth of July was fun! We finally got to watch fireworks!! Up until this year our fourth of July's haven't really gone . . . according to plan. But this year made up for it :) We celebrated on the 3rd with the Crocketts and went swimming and ate yummy food! D went swimming for the first time. And then on the 4th we celebrated with the Turleys!! We ate more good food and then went and watched some awesome fireworks. We though we were relatively far from them, or at least a good distance so the babies wouldn't get scared, but when they started going off, we realized that they weren't where we thought they were going to be and instead of being a ways in front of us, they were right behind us! hahaha! The babies didn't get scared though so we just turned our seats around and enjoyed some of the best seats there :)

D really liked wearing the shades too :) He looks so cool!

It was really hard to get D to go in the water at first, but once he got used to it he really started to like it and then we couldn't get him out!

D really liked to put his hand under the slide and let the water fall on his hand.

Brent had this little blowup pool toy that was a hippo. He learned a lot in the water this year. Aunt Diane was really good with him, and his daddy helped him learn how to kick his feet so that he could move while he was holding onto the hippo.
